OBJECTIVES
To offer service of higher eminence, that sustain and improve the client’s general quality of life by meeting the following objectives:
• To provide person-centred care services aimed at address service users’ unique needs as per the agreed contract of care.
To ensure care is provided in a non – judgemental manner, flexible, and courteous whilst respecting client’s rights to independence, privacy, dignity, satisfaction, and the right to make informed choices.
•To ensure that all service user principles and needs are valued in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood, disabilities, and impairments.
• To manage and implement a formal program of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training, and personal development, to enable service user needs to be met.
• To match carers as closely as possible to the service user. Respects the need to change carers in the event of non-compatibility.
• To make the best use of resources to maximise the best value for both the purchaser and the service user and to manage care service proficiently and effectively.
